Renewal agreement: Effective April 25, 2016, to April 24, 2019. Ratified on July 22, 2016. Signed on July 22, 2016.
Shift premium: $25 per day when employer assigns employee to conduct formal training program which replaces externally sourced training.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1.25 days per month to start (after 3 months of service), 1.5 days per month after 2 years, 1.75 days per month after 5 years, 2 days per month after 8 years. 2 weeks per year may be carried over. Additional 2 floating days.
Overtime: Time off in lieu for all hours in excess of 70 hours over 2 weeks. Time and one-half for all work in excess of 80 hours over 2 weeks. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 
Sick leave: 0.75 days per month.
STD: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 
LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums. 
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (spouse, (including common-law), child (including adopted child), parent (including guardian), grandparent, brother, sister, father-in-law, mother-in-law, spouse of father-in-law or mother-in-law, any relative with whom employee resides). 3 days for death in extended family (cousin, nephew, niece, aunt and uncle). 2 additional days if member of employee’s extended family has been dependent upon employee for basic support or employee is sole remaining relative to prepare for funeral.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay.
Severance: 2 weeks’ basic salary per year of service.
