Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2016, to March 31, 2026. Signed on June 1, 2016.
Shift premium: $200 per month for lead positions. 
Paid holidays: 8 days, plus 1 additional day (St-Jean-Baptiste Day in Quebec, floater in other provinces). 2 further general holidays, plus 5 paid leave days.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 15 years, 5 weeks after 25 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day. Can be banked, maximum 24 hours. Each year on Aug. 1, employer will deposit 8 hours into employee’s time bank. 
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Maximum $1,750 per person per year (previously $1,500). 50% reimbursement for orthodontics, maximum $2,500 lifetime coverage (previously $2,000). 
Vision: $250 every 2 years (previously $225). 
Paramedical: $50 maximum per visit for chiropractic. Maximum $500 per person per year, $1,000 per family per year. 
Sick leave: 1 day per month (previously 1 day every 2 months), maximum 72 days.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums, maximum $25,000 coverage.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums, maximum $50,000. 30-times monthly salary, maximum $60,000.
Pension: CPAL Pension Plan.
Seniority – recall rights: 7 years.
Probationary period: 6 months, minimum 126 days worked. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Severance: 1 week per year, maximum 20 weeks.
Uniforms/clothing: $170 per year (previously $110 per year) for assistant coordinators, coordinators assigned to the mail room. 
Sample rates of hourly pay (current, after increase):
Assistant coordinator: $12.07 rising 7 steps to $20.42
Coordinator: $12.36 rising 7 steps to $22.74
Senior coordinator: $15.31 rising 7 steps to $24.78
Lump sum payments
2016: $5,000
2017: $4,500
2018: $4,000
Editor’s notes: Union time off: Chief shop stewards in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver shall be provided with 8 hours per week to attend to union matters. Expenses: $65 per day for personal hotel expenses, which includes meals, gratuities, laundry, valet service. $10 per day if employee resides with relatives or friends in lieu of hotel.
