Renewal agreement: Effective July 1, 2016, to June 30, 2019. Ratified on July 6, 2016. Signed on Aug. 22, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective July 1, 2016: increase of $0.66 per hour; signing bonus of 1% of salary for all employees.
Effective July 1, 2017: increase of $0.51 per hour.
Effective July 1, 2018: increase of $0.51 per hour.
Paid holidays: 7 days, plus holiday break each year between Christmas and New Year’s Day inclusively, plus 1 floating day.
Vacations with pay: 15 days to start, 20 days after 4 years, 25 days after 15 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after 7 hours per day or 35 hours per week. May be banked at rate of 1.5 hours per hour worked, maximum 42 hours.
Meal allowance: If employee is assigned to travel outside of Ottawa or Pembroke and remains overnight, meal will be provided.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Vision: $300 every 24 months. $125 every 24 months for eye examinations.
Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 75% of premiums.
Sick leave: 1.25 days for every month, maximum 20 days.
LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 
Life insurance: Employer pays 75% of premiums.
Pension: Employer contributes maximum 7% of employee’s earnings per year. Employees must contribute minimum 4% of earnings per year.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (parent, spouse, common-law spouse, child, stepchild, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparent, spouse’s grandparent, grandchild, guardian, or any other person deemed immediate family at the discretion of the general manager).
Seniority – recall rights: 24 months. 
Probationary period: 120 days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Severance: More than 3 months’ service, less than 1 year: 2 weeks’ salary; 1 year's service: 1 month's salary; 2 years’ service: 2 months' salary; 3 years' service: 3 months' salary; 4 years' service: 4 months' salary.

Cellphones: When an employee requires a cellphone for work, the employer will provide cellphone or pay a portion of the monthly phone plan.
