Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2016, to Dec. 31, 2019. Signed on Sept. 2, 2016.
Wage adjustments:

Shift premium: $2.55 per hour (previously $2.40 per hour) for evening or night shift worked. Effective Jan. 1, 2019: $2.63 per hour. Employees working 24.4 metres or 80 feet above ground level will receive premium of 1-times normal pay for each hour worked.
Paid holidays: 12 days plus 1 day off on employee’s birthday.
Vacations with pay: 15 pro-rated days to start, 15 days after 1 year, 20 days after 7 years, 25 days after 16 years, 30 days after 24 years, 35 days after 35 years. 
Overtime: Double time for all work after regular hours. May be banked, will be paid out by March 1 each year. 
Meal allowance: Employees requiring overnight absence: $14 for breakfast; $17 for lunch; $33 for dinner. Employees not requiring overnight absence: $10.
Pension: Employer will contribute amount equal to employee’s contribution.
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours’ overtime pay.
Probationary period: 6 months (previously 4 months). 
Safety shoes: $220 every 12 months (previously $200 every 12 months) or $440 every 24 months (previously $400 every 24 months) for approved safety boots and electrically resistive safety boots or conductive boots for linemen.
Uniforms/clothing: Employees who perform work damaging or destructive to clothing (such as warehouse, transformer shop) will be provided with or reimbursed for coveralls, overalls, smocks, aprons, winter outerwear. Employer will provide fire-resistant outerwear including winter parka, summer jacket, winter and summer coveralls, hoodie, 3-in-1 jacket, summer and winter bib overalls, balaclava, neck tube, hard-hat liner (heavy and light duty), reflective vest, rainwear, pants or shirts worn as outerwear.
