Renewal agreement: Effective Dec. 1, 2016, to Nov. 30, 2019. Signed on Dec. 1, 2017.
Shift premium: $0.85 per hour where majority of regular straight-time hours of work are after 4 p.m. $1 per hour for lead-hands.
Paid holidays: 11 days, plus 1 floater day. 
Vacations with pay: 10 days to start, 15 days after 2 years, 16 days after 5 years, additional day for each additional year of service, maximum 31 days.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked over and above normal work day. Double time after 5 hours. May be taken as time off in lieu, maximum 5 days at any 1 time. 
Meal allowance: $10 after working more than 2 hours of overtime immediately before or after shift. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pays 20% of premiums. 
Dental: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pays 20% of premiums. 
Vision: $100 every 24 months for eye examinations.
Paramedical: $500 per year. 
Sick leave: 10 occasional sick-leave days.
LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 66 2/3% of monthly earnings, maximum $2,500, and 50% of balance of monthly earnings, maximum benefit of $3,500 per month
AD&D: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pays 20% of premiums. 
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 1 1/2 times basic annual salary. 
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law spouse, same-sex partner; employee or spouse’s mother, father, child, brother, sister, grandparent, grandchild, ward, legal guardian). 2 additional days for exceptional distance travel time, if required. 1 day for death of any other close family member or friend. Employer may grant up to 5 days of additional compassionate bereavement leave.
Seniority – recall rights: 6 months to start, 12 months after 6 months of service, 18 months after 3 years of service, 24 months after 5 years of service. 
Call-in pay: Greater of one and one-half times actual hours worked or minimum of 3 hours regular straight-time hourly rate.
Probationary period: 84 days of work.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Severance: After 5 years of service, 2 week’s pay per year of service, maximum 10 months. 
Safety shoes: $150 for safety footwear. Employer will provide restaurant, members’ lounge wait staff, bus-persons with 1 pair of black dress shoes per year (style to be chosen by employer).
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide regulation eye protection as required for employees who are required to wear eye protection. Employer will provide, to food and beverage personnel, full uniforms consisting of 2 pairs of pants, 3 shirts and outer uniform requirements. $150 per year for employees in facility services, exhibition services, plant operations
Mileage: $0.30 per kilometre.

Editor’s notes: Employee discounts: 25% off some merchandise in gallery shops; 50% discount on AGO-produced catalogues; complimentary modified family membership for gallery. Moving: 1 day off with pay per 12-month period for moving from employee’s primary residence to another. Overnight work: Employer will provide, in advance, maximum $40 taxi chit or reimbursement to employee working any shift that begins or ends between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. On-call: $1 per hour for all hours on-call.
