Renewal agreement: Effective Aug. 16, 2016, to Dec. 31, 2019. Signed on Feb. 1, 2017.
Shift premium: $1 per hour where use of personal vehicle is required.
Paid holidays: 9 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1 day per month, maximum 2 weeks to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 15 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 20 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours in excess of 84 hours in 2-week pay period.
Sick leave: 3 days per year. 
Pension: Employer will contribute $0.20 per hour per employee into employee’s RRSP.
Bereavement leave: 4 days for death in immediate family (mother, father, husband, wife, children, sister, brother, common-law partner, grandparent, grandchildren). 2 days for death in extended family (mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law).
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months or length of employment if shorter than 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours of pay.
Probationary period: 90 days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months, except for discipline imposed for harassment, workplace violence, theft or security breaches.
Safety shoes: $80 for CSA-approved safety boots after 12 months of employment. $80 every subsequent 24 months.
Uniforms/clothing: Employees must purchase uniforms via maximum $25-per-pay-period deduction. $405 (previously $385) for full-time tactical: 4 shirts, 2 pairs of pants, 1 tie, 1 hat, 1 sweater or bomber jacket. $285 (previously $265) for part-time tactical: 2 shirts, 1 pair of pants, 1 tie, 1 hat, 1 bomber jacket. Employer will reimburse employee $100 ($50 for part-time) for undamaged return of uniform upon termination of employment.

Editor’s notes: Licenses: All employees are required to be licensed under Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005. Employer will reimburse 50% per employee for cost of license. Parking allowance: Employer will pay 100% of cost of staff parking. Union education trust fund: Employer will contribute $1,500 per year to union education fund, payable May 1 each year of collective agreement.
