Renewal agreement: Effective May 24, 2016, to May 23, 2018. Signed June 9, 2016 (first contract).
Wage adjustments (calculated by CLR):
Effective May 24, 2017: 1.5%
Effective May 24, 2018: 2.1%
Effective May 24, 2017: probationary day rate 2.5%
Effective May 24, 2018: probationary day rate 1.9%
Effective May 24, 2017: probationary line-run day rate 4.3%
Effective May 24, 2018: probationary line-run day rate 2.5%
Paid holidays: 9 days.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start or 4% pay, 3 weeks after 5 years or 6% pay.
Meal allowance: $30 within Canada per day, $35 within U.S.
Sick leave: 10 personal emergency leave days per year.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for immediate family (father, mother, spouse, grandparents, grandchild, child, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law or common-law partner).
Call-in pay: 4 hours' pay (for reporting to work, no work available). 4 hours or time and one-half, whichever is greater.
Probationary period: 90 days worked.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.
Tool allowance: Kleenex, paper towels, garbage can, extra garbage bags, broom, ice scraper in each bus.
Mileage: $0.50 per kilometre.

Probationary hourly rate: $16.28, rising in 3 stages to $17.41
(current, after 7% increase):
Probationary day rate: $200, rising in 3 stages to $214
(current, after 23.5% increase):
Probationary line run day rate: $200, rising in 3 stages to $247.
Editor’s notes: Medical examinations: After 3 years of continuous service, any medical examination required to maintain driver’s licence, the company will reimburse up $100. If examination is after working hours, $25 and at least 3 days’ notice prior to the appointment. If examination is in another community, transportation is provided and hourly rate for hours involved. Credit/gas cards: All charter drivers shall have the option to use their own credit or gas cards and be promptly reimbursed upon return to the yard, with appropriate receipts. Right to bump: When a driver’s work is cancelled, the company must contact the driver as soon as the cancellation is known and give them the opportunity to exercise their right to bump. Driver has 8 hours to bump lowest seniority driver, bottom up. Employer meetings: 2 hours' minimum pay for mandatory meetings.
