Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 1, 2016, to Aug. 31, 2020. Ratified on June 30, 2017. Signed on Sept. 28, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Sept. 1, 2016: 1%
Effective Sept. 1, 2017: 0%
Effective Sept. 1, 2018: 0%
Effective Sept. 1, 2019: 1%
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1.25 days per month to start, 1.66 days per month after 4 years, 2.08 days per month after 8 years, 2.50 days per month after 13 years, 3 days per month after 24 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pays 20% of premiums for Alberta Health Care. Employees will have access to $500 health-spending account.
Dental: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pays 20% of premiums.
Vision: Employer pays 60% of premiums, employee pays 40% of premiums.
Sick leave: 1.5 days per month, maximum 64 days accumulated.
LTD: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pays 20% of premiums. 
Life insurance: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pays 20% of premiums.
Pension: Local Authorities Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, child, parent, legal guardian, brother, sister, parents of spouse, grandparents, grandchildren, grandparents of spouse, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, relative who is member of employee’s household. 1 day for death of aunt, uncle of employee or spouse, niece, nephew. 
Probationary period: 1,040 hours worked. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.

Custodian
Start: $19.02 rising 3 steps to $19.21
After probation: $21.49 rising 3 steps to $21.70
Head custodian
Start: $21.49 rising 3 steps to $21.70
After probation: $24.57 rising 3 steps to $24.81
