Renewal agreement: Effective May 1, 2015, to Nov. 30, 2018. Signed on May 1, 2015.

Wage adjustments:

Lump sum of $600
Effective Jan. 1, 2015: 1%
Effective June 1, 2015: 1.75%
Effective June 1, 2016: 2%
Effective June 1, 2017: 2%
Effective June 1, 2018: 1%

Shift premium:
$1.20 per hour for all time worked on an off-normal tour. $1.80 per hour for all time worked on an off-normal tour that falls between 12:01 a.m. and 5:59 a.m. Time and one-half for all hours worked outside regularly scheduled tour when an employee’s tour changes with less than 4 days’ notice. Time and one-half for all hours worked when an employee is given less than 1 day’s notice to work an additional tour. Time and one-half for time worked on Sunday.

Paid holidays:
11 days.

Vacations with pay:
1 day per month of service to a maximum of 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 18 years and 6 weeks after 25 years.  

Overtime:
Time and one-half to start, double time after 4 hours of overtime.

Sick leave:
8 days.

Bereavement leave:
5 days for employee’s spouse, child, father or mother. 3 days for employee’s stepfather, stepmother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother, sister, dependant or any other employees residing with the employee.

Discipline:
Sunset clause is 2 years.

Sample rates of pay (current, after 1.75% increase):

Group 2: $11.95 per hour rising in 5 steps to $19.92
Group 3: $14.60 rising in 5 steps to $23.24
Group 4: $16.73 rising in 5 steps to $27.19
Group 5: $19.09 rising in 5 steps to $30.21
Group 6: $19.92 rising in 5 steps to $32.53
