Renewal agreement: Effective Aug. 1, 2017, to July 31, 2020. Ratified on Dec. 21, 2018. Signed on Jan. 20, 2019. 
Wage adjustments:

Shift premium: $2.75 per hour for all work where majority of hours are between 5 p.m. and 7 a.m. $3.25 per hour for all work where majority of hours are between 5 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Monday. $1 per hour for all hours worked during temporary assignment performing substantive duties of classification not covered by collective agreement.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 15 days after 1 year, 20 days after 2 years, 25 days after 10 years, 30 days after 20 years. Additional 5 days after 25 years, 30 years, 35 years, 40 years, 45 years. 
Overtime: Double time for all work after 7.75 hours per day or 77.5 hours per 2-week period.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums. Employer will provide $750 per year for flexible health spending account (quality-of-life account) effective Jan. 1 of each year. Unused funds may be carried forward, maximum 1 year. 
Dental: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums. 80% reimbursement for basic services. 50% reimbursement for extensive services, maximum reimbursement of $3,000 per insured person per year. 50% reimbursement for orthodontic services, lifetime maximum $3,000 per insured person. 
Sick leave: 1.5 days per month, maximum 120 days or 930 hours.
STD: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums for coverage of 66.67% of weekly earnings, maximum 120 days.
LTD: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums for coverage of 66.67% of weekly earnings, after 120 days.
AD&D: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums.
Pension: Local Authorities Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law spouse, same sex-relationship, child, parent, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, guardian, fiancé, stepparent, stepchildren, stepbrother, stepsister). 2 additional days for travel more than 200 kilometres away. 1 day off for death of another relative or close friend.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months.
Call-in pay: Double time, minimum 3 hours, or time worked, whichever is greater. Employer will be reimbursed for reasonable, necessary, substantiated transportation expenses.
Probationary period: 1,007.5 regular hours worked exclusive of overtime.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Severance: 2 weeks’ regular pay for each year of employment, maximum 40 weeks pay.

Editor’s notes: On-call duty: $3.30 per hour for each hour that employee is on-call duty; $4.50 per hour on scheduled days off and named holidays. Professional or registration fees: Employer shall reimburse each employee maximum $200 per year (previously $150 per year) to contribute to annual professional licensing fees. Driver’s license: When employer requires employee to obtain or maintain class 4 driver’s license, cost of medical examination, maximum $75, will be reimbursed by employer.
