Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2016, to Dec 31, 2020. Signed on July 27, 2016. (First collective agreement)
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 1, 2017: 3%
Effective Jan. 1, 2018: 2%
Effective Jan. 1, 2019: 2%
Effective Jan. 1, 2020: 2%
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1 day per month, maximum 10 days to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 2 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 8 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 13 years, 6 weeks after 18 years. All employees hired after Jan. 1, 2005, will be entitled to maximum of 5 weeks’ vacation. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work in excess of 8 hours per day for outside employees and 7 1/2 hours per day for inside employees, double time after 2 hours of overtime. May be banked, maximum 120 hours. Employee required to work before beginning of employee’s normal work day will be paid overtime rates of double time up to beginning of normal work day, providing full normal work day is completed. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 
Sick leave: 1 day per month, maximum 120 days. 
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in family (wife, husband, spouse, son, daughter, father, mother, brother, sister, grandfather, grandmother, father-in-law, mother-in-law).
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours of pay and double time. If employee gets called in to work for emergency between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. for greater than 2 hours, employee will receive double time for all hours worked and employee will receive 8 hours of grace from work starting at end of employee’s last call.
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide hard hats, eye, ear, and nose protective equipment, gloves, rain gear, high-visibility coveralls, rubber boots.

Foreman: $36.96 rising 4 steps to $40.40
Equipment operator: $27.52 rising 4 steps to $30.09
Operator 1: $27.48 rising 4 steps to $30.04
Operator 2: $29.31 rising 4 steps to $32.04
Operator 3: $31.77 rising 4 steps to $34.72
Operator 4: $33.50 rising 4 steps to $36.62
General maintenance: $23.21 rising 4 steps to $25.38
Labourer: $18.93 rising 4 steps to $20.70
Water-quality technician: $28.40 rising 4 steps to $31.05
Administrative assistant: $25 rising 4 steps to $27.34
Office clerk: $24.80 rising 4 steps to $27.10
Reception: $22.47 rising 4 steps to $24.55
