Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2017, to March 31, 2020. Ratified on Nov. 30, 2018. Signed on Feb. 13, 2019. 
Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 1, 2019: Wage reopener
Shift premium: $2.75 per hour for employees working shift wherein majority of hours are between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. or all overtime hours that are between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. $5 per hour for employees working shift wherein majority of hours are between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. or all overtime hours that are between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. $3.25 per hour for employees working shift wherein majority of hours in 64-hour period beginning at 3 p.m. on Friday. $1.50 per hour for employee who assumes additional responsibilities of supervisor when supervisor is absent. $1.50 per hour for employee when employee works in absence of any regular supervisor or manager and is designated to be responsible for additional supervisory duties which would otherwise be performed by regular supervisor or manager.
Paid holidays: 11 days, plus 1 additional holiday as floater holiday.
Vacations with pay: 15 days to start, 20 days after 3 years, 25 days after 10 years, 30 days after 20 years. Additional 5 days after 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 years. 
Overtime: Double time for all work after 7 3/4 hours per day or for all work on scheduled days off. May be taken as time off in lieu, within 3 months of when it was earned. Unused time will be paid out by March 31 of each year. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums. Employer will provide $850 per year (previously $750 per year) for flexible spending account.
Dental: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums for reimbursement of 80% of basic services. 50% of all extensive services. 50% of orthodontic services. Maximum $3,000 per insured person per year for extensive services. Lifetime maximum $3,000 per insured person per for orthodontic services.
Sick leave: 1 1/2 working days per month of employment, maximum credit of 120 days.
STD: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums for coverage of 66 2/3% of basic weekly earnings.
LTD: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums for coverage of 66 2/3% of basic monthly earnings, after 120-day elimination period.
Pension: Local Authorities Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law spouse, same-sex relationship, child (including children of common-law spouse, stepchildren), parent (including of common-law spouse, stepparent), son-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandchild, daughter-in-law, brother, stepbrother, sister, stepsister, legal guardian, grandparent (both sides), fiancé. 3 days for death of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews. Additional 2 days for travel more than 320 kilometres one-way from employee’s residence. 1 day for death of another relative or close friend.
Seniority – recall rights: 24 months.
Call-in pay: Overtime rate or 4 hours at basic rate, whichever is greater. Employee will be reimbursed for reasonable, necessary, substantiated transportation expenses.
Probationary period: 503 3/4 hours worked or 6 months, whichever is less, exclusive of overtime 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months (exclusive of any periods of leave of absence in excess of 90 days).
Severance: 2 weeks’ pay at basic rate for each year of employment, maximum 40 weeks’ pay.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will furnish, maintain (launder, alter and repair) uniforms. 
Mileage: Alberta government rate per kilometre.
