Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 1, 2015, to Aug. 31, 2017. Signed on Jan. 20, 2017.
Shift premium: 10% above regular rate for shifts that begin or end between 6:01 p.m. and 6:59 a.m.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1.25 days per month, maximum 15 days to start, 15 days after 1 year, 20 days after 5 years, 25 days after 16 years, 30 days after 25 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half after 7 hours per day for first 2 hours, double time thereafter. Time and one-half for any hours worked on Saturday, Sunday and holidays for first 2 hours, double time thereafter. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan. Employer contributes $800 (previously $750) to a health-spending account.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Sick leave: 1 day per pay period, maximum 240 days.
LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Pension: Local Authorities Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of near-relative (spouse, common-law spouse, grandparent, parent, legal guardians, brother, sister, child, legal wards, grandchild, spouses of all previously mentioned, any other relative who has resided in home for at least 2 years). Additional 2 days for travel time.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours’ pay at double time. 
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 1 year.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply any needed clothing. Disposable surgical gloves will be supplied in first aid kits.

Editor’s notes: Annual-service award: $300 per year to employees who have been employed for 15 years. Stampede day: Employees who work on Calgary Stampede parade day shall receive one-half day off with pay. Staff development fund: Maximum $315,000 per year (previously $275,000 per year). Materials & equipment management allowance: $30 bi-weekly for employees who regularly transport, store, load and unload materials (equipment, supplies and additional tools). On-call allowance: $25 per day on weekdays; $50 per day on Saturday, Sunday, holiday or non-scheduled work day. Layoff allowance: After 10 years’ service: 1 month’s salary; after 15 years’ service: 2 months’ salary; after 20 years’ service: 3 months’ salary.
