Renewal agreement: Effective Oct. 1, 2015, to Sept. 30, 2018. Signed on July 20, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Sept. 25, 2016: $0.30 per hour.
Effective Sept. 25, 2017: $0.32 per hour.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Overtime: Overtime is paid according to Alberta legislation. 
Bereavement leave: 3 days off for death in immediate family (parents, parents-in-law, stepparents, sister, brother, spouse, common-law spouse, children, grandchildren, grandparents, brother-in-law, sister-in-law). Additional days if funeral more than 500 kilometres away.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Probationary period: 3 months (previously 300 hours). 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Uniforms/clothing: Protective equipment, devices and clothing provided by the company.
Sample rates of hourly pay (current, after 2% increase):
Hours worked
0 to 500: $12.75 rising 1 step to $13.07
501 to 1,000: $13.25 rising 1 step to $13.57
1,001 to 1,500: $13.75 rising 1 step to $14.07
1,501 to 2,000: $14.25 rising 1 step to $14.57
2,001 to 2,500: $14.75 rising 1 step to $15.07
2,501 to 3,000: $15.25 rising 1 step to $15.57
3,001 to 4,000: $15.75 rising 1 step to $16.07
4,001 to 4,500: $16.25 rising 1 step to $16.57
4,501+: $16.45 16.75 rising 1 step to $17.07
Editor’s notes: Start rate adjustment: Should the company hire new sales representatives above the posted start rate, all current employees will receive a lump sum payment of $100.
