Shift premium: Maintenance working leader premiums (per hour): $2.58 in 2016; $2.63 in 2017; $2.70 in 2018. Night shift (per hour): $2.93 in 2016; $2.99 in 2017; $3.06 in 2018. 12-hour continuous shifts (per hour): $1.81 in 2016; $1.85 in 2017; $1.90 in 2018. Special assignment (per hour): $4.75 in 2016; $4.85 in 2017; $4.97 in 2018. Cellphone: $3.44 in 2016; $3.51 in 2017; $3.60 in 2018. Planner assignment (per hour): $4.75 in 2016; $4.85 in 2017; $4.97 in 2018.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1/12 of 3 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 19 years, 6 weeks after 25 years. 1 week can be carried forward once every 2 years. 
Overtime: Double time for all hours worked after regular daily hours. 
Sick leave: 24 hours per year. Unused time can be paid out or carried forward one year if employee doesn’t use any time. 
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, child. 3 days for death of mother, father, sister, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandchild. 1 day for death of grandmother, grandfather, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law. 2 additional days when travel time will be greater than 5 hours.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Probationary period: 720 hours. 
Severance: 2 weeks’ pay, plus 2 weeks for every year of service times 1.15 the regular rate of pay.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide all necessary personal protective equipment.
