Renewal agreement: Effective May 1, 2016, to April 30, 2020. Signed on June 1, 2016. 
Wage adjustments: 
Effective May 1, 2017: 3.5%
Effective May 1, 2018: 3.5%
Effective May 1, 2019: 3.5%
Shift premium: Time and one-half for work at elevations of 45 feet or more and all work performed over water, head gates, bridges, spillways.
Paid holidays: 12 days.
Vacations with pay: 4 weeks.
Overtime: Time and one-half for first 2 hours worked beyond regular shift Monday to Friday, double-time beyond 2 hours. Double time for all hours worked on Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays for industrial workers. Time and one-half for first 8 hours worked on Saturdays for commercial workers.
Meal allowance: $20 or hot meal if more than 10 hours are worked and every 4 hours thereafter.
Medical benefits: Joint contributions to Local 2085 Health and Welfare Fund.
Pension: Joint contributions to union pension fund. Employee contributions to group RRSP.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay when hired by a representative of employer and then refused work at site. Minimum 3 hours’ pay for reporting to work if no work available. 4 hours’ pay when required to take medical examination.
Tool allowance: Employer will replace tools lost from theft or destroyed by fire. Employer will supply all tools not listed under employee’s tool list.

Journeyperson: $40.90
Job steward, foreman 1: $42.95
Foreman 2: $44.99
Foreman 3: $47.04
Foreman 4, general foreman 1: $49.08
General foreman 2: $51.13
General foreman 3: $53.17
General foreman 4: $55.22
First-year apprentice: $16.36
Second-year apprentice: $20.45
Third-year apprentice: $26.59
Fourth-year apprentice: $32.72
Editor’s notes: Phone service: On camp jobs, telephone service will be provided by the employer 24 hours a day (when services are available), on the basis of 1 telephone per bunkhouse with a separate line per phone where possible. Telephones will be in a totally enclosed, heated and ventilated room.
