Sick leave: 7 days per year.
LTD: After waiting period of 17 weeks, 75% monthly income, maximum $8,000, payable to retirement or age 65), whichever comes first.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for group life insurance coverage of 2 times employee’s salary.

Clothing provided to WWTP-licenced electrician as-needed: arc-rated cotton coveralls, arc-rated winter coat, 20 calorie 1000 volt-rated safety set (coveralls, hooded hard hat with arc shield, arc-rated safety glasses, 1000 volt-rated safety mat, safety hook, storage bag). Employer provides raingear when needed.
