Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2016, to March 31, 2020. Signed on June 28, 2016.
Shift premium: $0.95 per hour (previously $0.85 per hour) for work between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. $1.05 per hour (previously $0.95 per hour) for work between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. Crew leader: $1 per hour.
Paid holidays: 11 days (previously 10 days), plus 1 floater day. Last days before Christmas Day and New Year’s Day will be considered half-holidays with pay. 
Vacations with pay: 80 hours to start, 120 hours after 3 years, 160 hours after 8 years, 200 hours after 14 years, 208 hours after 21 years, 216 hours after 22 years, 224 hours after 23 years, 232 hours after 24 years, 240 hours after 25 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after regular hours. 
Meal allowance: $15 (previously $12) and 1 hour to obtain meal when employee required to work 3 or more hours of overtime without 8 hours' prior knowledge of extra time.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Ontario Employer Health Tax.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Orthodontics: 50% coverage, $3,000 lifetime maximum per family member. Crowns, inlays, caps: coverage, $1,500 annual maximum per family member.
Vision: $425 every 24 months (previously $400 every 24 months). Effective April I, 2018: $450 every 24 months.
Paramedical: Chiropractic, massage: $750 annual maximum combined. All other paramedical (including acupuncture): $750 annual maximum combined. Orthotics: $300 every 2 years.
Sick leave: 12 hours per month or 144 hours per year. May be accumulated, maximum 2,240 hours.
LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Coverage of 75% of regular pay, maximum $5,000 per month, after 952-hour waiting period.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums for 1.5 times annual salary.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for 1.5 times annual salary, minimum coverage of $60,000.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (father, mother, spouse, brother, sister, child, mother-in-law, father-in-law, ward, guardian). 3 days for death of grandparent, grandchild, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, first-generation niece or nephew.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months.
Call-in pay: Minimum 2.5 hours’ pay at overtime rate.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.
Safety shoes: $250 every 2 years for green-patch standard footwear.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide 5 shirts, 5 pairs of pants, 2 pairs of coveralls, 1 parka. Facility operators and building maintenance operators will be supplied with 3 uniforms consisting of 1 jacket and matching pants and 1 winter coat. Employer will provide rain gear and aprons when required.

Level L: $39.49 rising 3 steps to $41.44
Level K: $37.95 rising 3 steps to $39.48
Level J (electrical coordinator, mechanical co-coordinator): $36.51 rising 3 steps to $38.32
Level I (arborist, assistant foreperson-water, fleet coordinator, H.V.R. & A.C. mechanic, mechanic 2, plumbing & maintenance coordinator, water coordinator, water operations coordinator): $35.09 rising 3 steps to $36.83
Level H (assistant foreperson-parks, carpenter, roads foreperson, serviceperson): $33.43 rising 3 steps to $35.08
Level G (assistant foreperson - bldg. & fac., serviceperson, small engine & service mechanic, mechanic 1 - fleet, heavy equipment operator): $31.85 rising 3 steps to $33.44
Level F (equipment operator 1, facility operator 2, park attendant 2, road patrol person): $29.84 rising 3 steps to $31.32
Level E (facility operator 1, park attendant 1, serviceperson, building maintenance operator): $28.88 rising 3 steps to $30.31
Level D (maintenance operator): $27.97 rising 3 steps to $29.35
Level C (park attendant): $27.02 rising 3 steps to $28.37
Level B (custodian): $26.18 rising 3 steps to $27.47
Level A (labourer): $25.27 rising 3 steps to $26.53
Editor’s notes: Responsibility allowance: If employee is assigned as single facility operator — and required to be in facility during scheduled lunch break — employee will be given $20. Hearing aids: $750 every 4 years.
