Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2014, to March 31, 2018. Signed on Sept. 7, 2016.
Shift premium: $2.75 per hour for evening shifts (majority of hours are between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m.). $5 per hour for night shifts (majority of hours are between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.). $3.25 per hour for weekend shifts (majority of shift during 64-hour period that begins at 3 p.m. Friday).
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 15 days after 1 year, 20 days after 3 years, 25 days after 10 years, 30 days after 20 years. 
Overtime: Double time for all hours worked after regular hours. May be paid in time off. 
Meal allowance: If working more than 2 hours of overtime, $5 reimbursement for a meal.
Medical benefits: Alberta Blue Cross Supplementary Health Benefits Plan. Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums. 
Dental: Alberta Blue Cross Dental Plan. 80% reimbursement for basic, 50% for orthodontic. Maximum $3,000 per year (previously $2,500 per year) for extensive services, maximum $3,000 lifetime (previously $2,500 lifetime) for orthodontic. Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums. 
Sick leave: 1.5 days per month, maximum 930 hours. 
STD: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums. 66 2/3% of basic weekly earnings to the maximum.
LTD: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums. 66 2/3% of weekly earnings to the maximum.
Pension: Local Authorities’ Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law spouse, son-in-law, child, daughter-in-law, parent, mother-in-law, brother, father-in-law, sister, brother-in-law, legal guardian, sister-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, fiancé, stepsister, stepbrother, stepparent, stepchild). 3 days for death in extended family (uncles, nieces, nephews, foster-parents). 2 additional days if travelling more than 322 kilometres. 1 day for death of other relative or friend.
Seniority – recall rights: 24 months.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay.
Probationary period: 503.75 hours. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Severance: 2 weeks per year, maximum 40 weeks.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will furnish and maintain (launder, alter, repair) all uniforms.

May be carried forward 1 year.
