Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2018, to Dec. 31, 2020. Ratified on June 12, 2018. Signed on July 20, 2018.
Shift premium: $1.90 per hour when 5 or more hours fall between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. $2.30 per hour when employee works midnight shift between 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 10 days to start, 15 days after 3 years, 20 days after 8 years, 25 days after 16 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after 7.5 hours per day or 37.5 hours per week. 
Medical benefits: Employer will pay maximum $250 per month (previously $225 per month) as contribution towards health benefits for regular employees only. Employer will make following available to employees through Sun Life or equivalent (dental plan, basic medical, employee life insurance ($50,000 per employee), dependant life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, long-term disability). $200 per year for health and wellness benefit.
Sick leave: 11.25 hours for each month of employment, maximum 900 hours accumulated. 
Pension: Nursing Homes and Related Industries Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of father, mother, legal guardian, spouse, same-sex spouse, common-law spouse, child, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother, sister, grandparents, grandchildren, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, stepparent, stepgrandparents, stepchild. 2 additional days for travel more than 250 kilometres away. 
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours’ pay at basic rate.
Probationary period: 675 hours (previously 66 shifts). 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.
