Renewal agreement: Effective July 1, 2017, to June 30, 2020. Ratified on July 5, 2017. Signed on July 1, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective July 1, 2018: 2%
Effective July 1, 2019: 2%
Shift premium: Time and one-half for all hours worked between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. Employees required to be in costume for rehearsals or performances will be paid $1 per hour for entirety of call.
Paid holidays: 13 days (New Years’ Eve, Christmas Eve after 6 p.m.) 
Vacations with pay: 6% for non-salaried employees, 8% for salaried employees.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day or 44 hours per week. Double time for all work after 12 hours per day or 48 hours per week.
Meal allowance: Meal breaks between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. will be 1 half-hour with hot meal provided by employer.
Medical benefits: Employer contributes to union’s general benefits fund 3% of gross wages, for all employees.
Pension: Employer will make RRSP contribution of 2% of gross wages.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay. Time and one-half for all work exceeding 8 hours, double time for all work exceeding 12 hours. Time and one-half for all work on Sunday less than 12 hours, double time for all work on Sunday exceeding 12 hours.

Department head (all): $31.09 rising 2 steps to $32.35
Assistant head (all): $28.84 rising 2 steps to $30.01
Hand (all departments): $26.79 rising 2 steps to $27.87
Cert electrician: $30.73 rising 2 steps to $31.97
Spot operator: $28.08 rising 2 steps to $29.21
High rigger: $34.61 rising 2 steps to $36.01
Ground rigger: $29.30 rising 2 steps to $30.48
Cutter: $32.15 rising 2 steps to $33.45
Jr. cutter: $29.28 rising 2 steps to $30.46
Millner: $27.62 rising 2 steps to $28.74
Dyer: $27.62 rising 2 steps to $28.74
Stitcher/hand: $26.79 rising 2 steps to $27.87
Dresser: $26.79 rising 2 steps to $27.87
Loader: $27.37 rising 2 steps to $28.48
Warehouseman: $27.80 rising 2 steps to $28.92
Interns (all): $25.45 rising 2 steps to $26.47
