Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 20, 2016, to Sept. 21, 2020. Signed on Sept. 25, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Sept. 20, 2016: 2%
Effective Sept. 23, 2019: 2%
Shift premium: $0.25 per hour for employee working in necessary continuous 7-day operations whose occupations involve work on Saturdays and Sundays. Additional 5% for shift starting at 11 a.m. or before 7 p.m. Additional 10% for shift starting at 7 p.m. or before 4:45 a.m. For those hired after Sept. 20, 2016: $0.50 per hour for shift starting at 11 a.m. or before 7 p.m. $1 per hour for shift starting at 7 p.m. or before 4:45 a.m.
Paid holidays: 10 days, plus December holiday period 
Vacations with pay: 128 hours after 10 years, 148 hours after 15 years, 188 hours after 20 years. For employees hired after Oct. 1, 2012: 80 hours after 1 year; 88 hours after 2 years; 96 hours after 3 years; 104 hours after 4 years; 112 hours after 5 years; and 120 hours after 6 years. For employees hired before Oct. 1, 2012: 44 hours after 1 year; 88 hours after 3 years; 108 hours after 5 years.
Paramedical: Physiotherapy: $50 per visit, maximum $200 per year.
Probationary period: 90 days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Safety shoes: $100 per year (previously $85 per year) towards purchase price of 1 pair of approved safety footwear.
Tool allowance: Apprentice starting training will be furnished new or like-new tool box, which will become property of apprentice upon graduation. Apprentice will be given 1-time lump sum of $750 and will be provided with appropriate tools of trade from tool list

Editor’s notes: Child care: $6 per day for each dependent child aged 3 to 10 who does not qualify for subsidized daycare. Relocation allowance: When employee relocates to another location, following amounts will be given. $3,000 for 80 to 159 kilometres away; $3,300 for 160 to 479 kilometres away; $3,600 for 480 to 799 kilometres away; $3,900 for 800 to 1,599 kilometres away; $4,200 for 1,600 kilometres away or more.
