Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 9.375 hours per month to start, 12.5 hours per month after 5 years, 13.75 hours per month after 16 years, 14.375 hours per month after 17 years, 15.625 hours per month after 18 years, 16.875 hours per month after 27 years, 18.75 hours per month after 28 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after regular hours. Double time if overtime is on 2 consecutive off-days. Double time after first 7.5 hours of overtime.
Meal allowance: $10.50 when working more than 3 hours of overtime, except where meal is provided. $10.50 for subsequent 4 hours.
Sick leave: 9.375 hours per month 
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (father, mother, stepfather, stepmother, foster-parent, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, spouse, common-law partner, child, child of common-law partner, foster-child, stepchild, ward, grandchild, grandparent, father-in-law, mother-in-law, relative residing in employee’s household). 1 day for death of son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparent of spouse. 3 additional days for travel. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours’ pay at overtime rate.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.

Editor’s notes: Standby pay: 1 half hour for each 4-hour period. Correctional service specific duty allowance: $2,000 per year for those who perform duties specific to Correctional Service of Canada (custody of inmates) within penitentiaries. Professional allowance: Employer will reimburse employee’s annual membership fees paid to: Institute of Chartered Accountants, Society of Management Accountants, Association of Certified General Accountants or Chartered Professional Accountants. Joint training fund: $1 million per year for training and development initiatives.
