Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 1, 2015, to Aug. 31, 2018. Signed on Dec. 16, 2015.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Sept. 1, 2016: 1%
Effective Sept. 1, 2017: 1%
Shift premium: 25¢ premium per hour for maintenance II (no journeyman certificate). 55¢ per hour per certificate  for tradespersons holding multiple journeyman certificates. 55¢ per hour for accounting assistant or clerk who complete a recognized program above basic qualifications.
Paid holidays: 12 days.
Vacations with pay: 1.25 days per month to a maximum of 15 days and 6% vacation pay to start, 1.67 days per month to a maximum of 20 days per year and 8% vacation pay after 6 years, 2.08 days per month to a maximum of 25 days per year and 10% vacation pay after 11 years.  
Overtime: Time and one-half for the first 3 hours over regular shift, double time for any hours after that. Double time and one-half if work on a holiday.
Medical benefits: Alberta Health Care Insurance program. Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Dental: 100% of premiums paid by employer.
Vision: 100% of premiums paid by employer. Program will be, or be equivalent to, Plan 3 - Vision 350/Hearing 500.
Paramedical: Health Benefit Spending account of $300 per year (previously $200). Employee Assistance Plan for employees and dependants for problems such as stress, psychological or physical illness, marital/family difficulties, drug/alcohol abuse, bereavement, etc. First 6 sessions are free. $20 per session after that.
Sick leave: 2 paid days per month. Unused sick days can accumulate every year to a maximum of 90 days. After using 3 days in a year, employer can request medical documentation and will pay up to $50 to cover cost.
LTD: 100% of premiums paid by employer.
AD&D: 100% of premiums paid by employer.
Life insurance: 100% of premiums paid by employer.
Pension: Local Authorities Pension Plan. 
Bereavement leave: 4 paid days for critical illness or death of employee’s parent, spouse, common-law spouse, sibling, child, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandchild, former guardian, fiancé, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparent, step relations, any relative residing in same household, or any other individual for whom the employee is required to administer bereavement responsibilities. 3 paid days for critical illness or death of employee’s sister-in-law, brother-in-law, aunt, uncle, niece, or nephew. 2 additional paid travel days can be recommended by supervisor. 5 additional days at 40% pay if needed.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year.
Call-in pay: 3 hours minimum at overtime rate. 2 hours at regular rate for overnight stand-by duty Monday to Friday. 4 hours at regular rate for stand-by duty on weekends.
Probationary period: 3 months.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
