Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2014, to March 31, 2017. Signed on March 14, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 1, 2014: 2.5%
Effective April 1, 2015: 2.5%
Effective April 1, 2016: 2.5%
Shift premium: $0.25 per hour for all regular hours worked between 5 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Paid holidays: 13 days.
Vacations with pay: 1 2/3 days month to start; 2 1/12 days per month after 2 years; 2 ½ days per month after 6 years, 2 11/12 days per month after 9 years. 5 days' bonus on 15th, 20th, 25th anniversary of continuous service. 8 days on 30th anniversary and every 5th anniversary thereafter. Up to ½ of earned vacation leave can be carried over.
Overtime: Time and one-half for first 4 consecutive hours worked; double-time for all hours worked after 4 consecutively; double-time for all hours worked on second or subsequent day of rest. Up to 80 hours can be banked as lieu time.
Medical benefits: Company and employees share cost of premiums.
Paramedical: Company and employees share cost of premiums.
Sick leave: 1 ¼ days for each calendar month for which at least 15 days' pay is received, to a maximum of 120 days.
LTD: Company and employees share cost of premiums.
AD&D: Company and employees share cost of premiums.
Life insurance: Company and employees share cost of premiums.
Pension: Company and employees share cost of premiums.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, immediate family member, grandparent, grandchild, in-law, aunt, uncle, cousin.
Call-in pay: Greater of appropriate overtime rate or 4 hours at straight-time rate.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.
Safety shoes: 1 pair of work boots every 2 years for maintenance employees.
Uniforms/clothing: Company provides personal protective equipment where required. Company provides uniform to bylaw officer. 1 pair of summer coveralls and 1 pair of winter coveralls for maintenance employees. 1 pair of indoor coveralls for janitor.
Tool allowance: $500 per year for mechanic.

Garbage truck assistant, water truck assistant: $21.66 rising in 5 steps to $22.89
Garbage truck driver, municipal liaison officer, clerk-receptionist, executive secretary to council, senior enforcement officer: $23.08 rising in 5 steps to $24.38
Community constable, arena manager, water truck driver, sewage truck driver, mechanic assistant, visitor centre manager, community hall manager, payroll/accounts payable administrator, community wellness coordinator, water sewer/accounts receivable administrator, MMOS administrator, librarian: $24.51 rising in 5 steps to $25.90
Recreation coordinator, building maintainer, airport maintainer, senior mechanic, finance officer, road maintainer, planning officer: $32.22 rising in 5 steps to $33.98
Economic development officer, director of building maintenance: $40.87 rising in 5 steps to $43.26
