Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 1, 2017, to Aug. 31, 2020. Ratified on March 28, 2018. Signed on May 14, 2018.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Sept. 1, 2019: 2%
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1.25 days per month to start, 15 days after 1 years, 20 days after 6 years, 25 days after 15 years, 30 days after 24 years, 35 days after 30 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 7 hours per day. May be taken as time off in lieu. Any overtime hours outstanding will be paid out by Aug. 31 of each school year.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Alberta Health Care Insurance. Employer will implement health-spending account of $350 per employee, accrued at rate of $35 per month from September to June in each year.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums for ASEBP Dental Plan 3.
Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums for ASEBP Vision Care 3.
Sick leave: 2 days per month, maximum 24 days in first year. 2 days per month, maximum 75 days in second year. 
LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for long-term-disability plan D. 
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for ASEBP Life Insurance Plan 2.
Pension: Local Authorities Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of father, mother, husband, wife, son, daughter, brother, sister, parents of spouse. 2 days for death of grandparents, grandchild, in-laws. 1 day for death of uncle, aunt, cousin, nephew, niece, acting as pallbearer. 2 additional days if funeral is held outside city. 
Probationary period: 6 months.

Start rate: $18.74 rising 1 step to $19.11 
Group 1 (education assistant, early learning assistant, receptionist - St. Basil, speech language assistant)
Start rate: $19.06 rising 1 step to $19.44 
After 1 year: $20.24 rising 1 step to $20.64 
After 2 years: $21.42 rising 1 step to $21.85
After 3 years: $22.54 rising 1 step to $22.99
Group 2 (administrative support, library clerk)
Start rate: $19.81 rising 1 step to $20.21 
After 1 year: $21.11 rising 1 step to $21.53 
After 2 years: $22.41 rising 1 step to $22.86
After 3 years: $23.60 rising 1 step to $24.07
Group 3 (administrative assistant, career practitioner, child and youth care worker, early learning program leader, library technician)
Start rate: $21.29 rising 1 step to $21.72 
After 1 year: $22.19 rising 1 step to $22.63 
After 2 years: $23.05 rising 1 step to $23.51
After 3 years: $25.43 rising 1 step to $25.94
Group 4 (school accounting administrator)
Start rate: $23.67 rising 1 step to $24.14 
After 1 year: $25.76 rising 1 step to $26.28 
After 2 years: $27.84 rising 1 step to $28.40
After 3 years: $29.92 rising 1 step to $30.52
Editor’s notes: Overnight trips: When employee attends school outing which requires overnight stay, employee will be given 1 day off with pay for each overnight stay.
