Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 14, 2016, to Feb. 13, 2019. Signed on Aug. 30, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Feb. 14, 2016: 1.5%
Effective Feb. 13, 2017: 1.5%
Effective Feb. 13, 2018: 1.5%
Shift premium: Trainer premium pay: $1 per hour. Off-base training will include additional $2 per hour. Lead agent premium pay: $2 per hour. Split shift premium pay: $1.50 per hour. 
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 3.08 hours per pay period to start, 2 weeks after 5 years, 3 weeks after 6 years, 4 weeks after 12 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. 
Vision: $300 every 24 months.
Sick leave: I day per month, maximum 6 days per year. May be accrued, maximum 80 hours.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (parent of employee or spouse or common-law partner of parent’s spouse or common-law partner; stepfather, stepmother, child of employee, child of employee’s spouse or common-law partner; brother, sister, father or mother of the employee or spouse; brother-in-law, sister-in-law; grandparents, grandchildren of employee and spouse).
Seniority – recall rights: 18 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay.
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Severance: The greater of 2 days’ wages for each year of service or 5 days’ wages.
Safety shoes: Reimbursement of 50% for steel-toed CSA-approved safety shoes, maximum $60.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide $12 per month for dry-cleaning, when required.

Start: $13.14 rising 2 steps to $13.74
After 6 months: $14.41 rising 2 steps to $14.85
Second year: $16.71 rising 2 steps to $17.21
Fourth year: $19.51 rising 2 steps to $20.10
Sixth year: $22.22 rising 2 steps to $22.89

Ramp (ground service) agent and special-service assistants
Start: $ 11.70
After 6 months: $ 11.92
Second year: $13.90
Third year: $15.03
Fourth year: $ 16.31
Fifth year: $17.70
Sixth year: $18.65
Editor’s notes: Union lapel pins: Employee may wear the official Unifor pin in 1 of the following areas: right side of the sweater or jacket; on uniform shirt collar; as tie tac. Hostage situations: If employee is held hostage due to hostile action on Horizon aircraft on which employee is travelling on company business, employee will continue to be paid regular pay based on shift employee was working until release or death — whichever occurs first — but no longer than 12 months. On-call pay: Employees on call and not offered work will receive 1 hour of pay per day. Relocation allowance: $200 to cover miscellaneous expenses incidental to moving, such as motels, meals, ferry fares.
