Renewal agreement: Effective May 10, 2022 to May 9, 2025. Signed on May 10, 2022.

Shift premium: $1 per hour for training other employees; $2 per hour for off-base training. $2 per hour for working as lead-agent. $1.50 per hour for all hours in shift when working scheduled shift that has non-paid break longer than permitted meal break.

Paid holidays: 12 days, including National Day of Truth and Reconciliation.

Vacations with pay: 3.08 hours per pay period to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 6 years, 4 weeks after 12 years, 5 weeks after 20 years.

Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 40 hours in any 1 workweek or all work after 8 hours in any 1 day.

Vision: $300 for eyeglasses or contact lenses in each 24-month period.

Sick leave: 1 day (8 hours) for each month of employment, maximum 6 days per year. Maximum accrual 80 hours.

Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of immediate family member (parent of employee or spouse or common-law partner of parent spouse or common-law partner, stepfather or mother, child of employee or child of employee’s spouse or common-law partner, brother, sister, father or mother of employee or spouse; brother and sister-in-law and grandparents and grandchildren of employee and spouse).

Probationary period: First 6 months of employment.

Safety shoes: Employer will reimburse employee for 50% of cost of 1 pair of steel-toed CSA-approved safety shoes or regular, uniform-compliant work shoes, maximum $60.

Uniforms/clothing: $12 per month for employee who is issued uniform pieces that require dry-cleaning.

Mileage: $0.21 per kilometre for business use of private automobiles.

Start rate: $18.37 rising 1 step to $18.74

1 Year: $19.11 rising 1 step to $19.49

2 Year: $19.87 rising 1 step to $20.27

3 Year: $20.66 rising 1 step to $21.08

4 Year: $21.49 rising 1 step to $21.92

5 Year: $22.35 rising 1 step to $22.80

6 Year: $25.40 rising 1 step to $25.90

Editor’s notes: Paid education leave: Employer will pay $500 per year into special fund providing paid education leave.
