Renewal agreement: Effective May 24, 2017, to Jan. 31, 2019. Ratified on May 24, 2017. Signed on May 19, 2017. 
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Feb. 1, 2017: 2%
Effective Feb. 1, 2018: 2.5%
Shift premium: Steam-ticket premium paid on Dec. 31 of each year of agreement: $2,500 to each regular utility plant employee with full second-class or $2,500 to each regular utility plant employee with a full first-class ticket.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 4% to start, 3 weeks or 6% after 1 year, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 18 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 25 years, 
Overtime: Double time for all work in excess of employee’s normal working hours or on scheduled day off. May be banked, maximum 90 hours. 
Meal allowance: When employee is required to work more than 2 hours of overtime — either immediately before or after regular working time — meal will be provided by employee. Additional meal will be provided for each subsequent period of continuous work of 4 hours of overtime. Employee may choose meal provided by refinery cafeteria, meal from approved list or $25.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of close family member (parent, grandparent, spouse (including common-law), child, grandchild, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law). 2 additional days if extended travel is required. 
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Severance: 2 weeks’ pay plus 2 weeks’ pay per year of service multiplied by 1.15.
Safety shoes: $200 per year (previously $180 per year) for approved safety footwear.
Uniforms/clothing: Fire-retardant clothing will be worn in specified areas and will be provided by employer. May be deferred for next year, maximum accumulation of 2 years.

Process-technician specialist: $54.20 rising 2 steps to $56.66
Maintenance advanced technician/fire technician: $52.55 rising 2 steps to $54.94

Process-advanced technician: $51.54 rising 2 steps to $53.88
Maintenance technician: $48.91 rising 2 steps to $51.14
Process technician 1; blow moulder technician: $48.44 rising 2 steps to $50.65
Blender 1: $48.01 rising 2 steps to $50.19
Storeperson, shipper/receiver: $47.15 rising 2 steps to $49.29
Class 1 fire mechanic/class 1 mechanic: $46.68 rising 2 steps to $48.80
