Wage adjustments:

Shift premium: For 10-hour shifts, $0.70 per hour for hours worked between 2 p.m. and 2 a.m. 50% of 95% of Band B:  reference point rate per hour worked Saturday and 95% of Band B:  reference point rate per hour for statutory holidays. $0.95 per hour for hours worked from midnight to 8 a.m. $1.10 per hour for work on 12-hour night shift. Shift turnover premium: Band A:  $16.40, Band B:  $14.40, Band C:  $12.65.
Paid holidays: 10 days, plus 3 floating holidays.
Vacations with pay: 1.5 days for each month worked, maximum 3 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 8 years, 5 weeks after 16 years, 6 weeks after 25 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half past regular hours. Double time for Sunday, statutory holidays worked. 
Meal allowance: Employer reimburses reasonable out-of-pocket meals on company business.
Vision: Preferred Vision Services Plan.
Sick leave: 23 days per year (8 days full pay, 15 days three-quarters pay).
LTD: Lesser of 65% salary or 75% pension entitlement or WSIB or CPP payments.
Life insurance: 2 times salary.
Pension: Inergi Defined Benefit Pension Plan. Effective Jan. 1, 2016 employee contribution is 7.25% and 9.25% below and above YMPE. Effective Jan. 1, 2017, employee contribution is 7.50% and 9.50% below and above YMPE.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (parent, stepparent, parent-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, husband, wife, son, son-in-law, daughter, daughter-in-law, stepsiblings, grandparents, grandparents- in-law, and grandchildren). 1 day to attend funeral for death of fellow employee.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months for more than 3 years’ service. 24 months for less than 3 years’ service. 
Probationary period: Minimum 3 months, maximum 6 months.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Severance: 2 weeks per year up to 20 years’ service. 3 weeks per year after 20 years’ service, maximum 78 weeks.
Safety shoes:  100% of cost, maximum $150 per pair, annual maximum of $250 for shock-resistant footwear.
Mileage: $0.52 per kilometre.
