Renewal agreement: Effective July 1, 2016, to June 30, 2019. Signed on July 1, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective July 1, 2016: 1 to 1.8%
Effective July 1, 2017: 1.5 to 2%
Effective July 1, 2018: 1.5 to 2%
Shift premium: $0.75 per hour for shift scheduled to start after 2 p.m. $1.50 per hour for 12-hour night shift starting after 6 p.m. $0.75 per hour for all hours worked by continuous shift workers. $0.25 per hour for all hours worked on lab continuous shift.
Paid holidays: 11 days.
Vacations with pay: 1 day per month up to 10 days to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 20 years. 
Overtime: Double time for all hours in excess of regular shift hours. Maximum 12 continuous hours except where lives are threatened or there is a danger of damage to company property, or where the employee volunteers.
Meal allowance: 1 hot meal for employees called in more than 2 hours ahead of normal start time and every 4 hours thereafter. 1 hot meal for every 4 hours of continuous overtime.
Medical benefits: Company pays 100% of premiums.
Dental: Company pays 100% of premiums.
STD: Company pays 100% of premiums. 70% of weekly base earnings for 13 weeks, 80% for next 13 weeks.
LTD: Company pays 50% of premiums. 70% of base wages, maximum $3,500.
AD&D: Company pays 100% of premiums.
Life insurance: Company pays 100% of premiums. $80,000 per employee.
Pension: Company pays 50% into defined contribution plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 consecutive days for death of immediate family member. 1 day for death of grandparent, spouse’s grandparent.
Seniority – recall rights: 18 months.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 36 months.

Editor’s notes: Emergency crew: Each member of the Koch Emergency Services Crew will receive one of the following bonuses: $25 for responding to a fire alarm at the plant other than for a false alarm; $50 if conducting fire suppression or rescue during an emergency; $100 if called out for active duty.
