Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2016, to March 31, 2017. Signed on Aug. 16, 2016.
Shift premium: Driver captains: $0.50 per hour. Afternoon shift: $1.25 per hour for work between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. Night shift: $2.50 per hour for work between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 4% to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 2 years, 3 weeks or 6% after 6 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 13 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 21 years. 
Overtime: Monday to Friday: Time and one-half after 8 hours, double-time after 12 hours. Saturdays: Time and one-half to start, double-time after 8 hours. Holidays and Sundays: double-time.
Meal allowance: $13.50 per shift if employee is required to work more than 12 hours.
Medical benefits: Prairie Teamsters Health and Welfare Plan. Maximum $255 premiums per month paid by employer, $50 for employees.
Pension: Teamsters Pension Fund. $3.85 per hour contribution paid by employer.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law spouse, mother, father, children, stepchildren, sisters, brothers, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandfathers, grandmothers, grandchildren). 1 day to attend funeral of spouse’s grandparents.
Seniority – recall rights: 8 months. 
Probationary period: 120 days. 
Safety shoes: $150 per year. Can be carried over additional year to double the amount. $75 per year for probationary employees.
Sample rates of hourly pay (current):
Mixer trucks: $32.15
Trainees: $24.15
Editor’s notes: Class 1 licence: Driver will be reimbursed for a medical examination, maximum $145 if such a licence is required. Teamsters industry advancement fund: $0.05 per hour paid by employer. Seasonal layoff: Effective Nov. 1 to March 31, any employee may request a seasonal layoff in place of a junior employee.
