Wage adjustments:
Effective Jan. 1, 2019: 2%
Effective Jan. 1, 2020: 1%
Effective Jan. 1, 2021: 1%
Shift premium: $1.50 per hour when majority of hours fall between 4 p.m. and 8 a.m. $1.25 per hour to employee relieving in head cook’s position. $0.75 per hour when regular employee works additional hours in position within another department, exclusive of head-cook position, to fill for staff shortages.
Paid holidays: 12 days.
Vacations with pay: 10 days after 1 year, 15 days after 2 years, 20 days after 5 years, 25 days after 14 years, 30 days after 19 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked in excess of 8 hours per day or 80 hours biweekly. May be taken as time off in lieu.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pays 20% of premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pays 20% of premiums.
Sick leave: 1.5 days per month, maximum 120 days accumulation.
STD: Employee pays 80% of premiums.
LTD: Employee pays 80% of premiums.
AD&D: Employee pays 80% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employee pays 80% of premiums.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, common-law spouse, parent, child, ward, brother, sister, parent-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparent, grandchild. 3 days for death of niece, nephew, aunt, uncle. Additional 2 days if funeral is held outside 300-kilometre radius of 
Cold Lake.
Seniority – recall rights: 6 months for layoffs.
Probationary period: 640 regular hours worked.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months (previously 24 months).
