Renewal agreement: Effective Dec. 21, 2018, to Dec. 31, 2021. Ratified on Dec. 21, 2018. Signed on Feb. 27, 2019. 
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 1, 2019: 2% 
Effective Jan. 1, 2020: 2% 
Effective Jan. 1, 2021: 2%
Shift premium: $1.50 per hour (previously $1.25 per hour) to employee working shift whereby major portion is between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. Effective Jan. 1, 2020: $1.75 per hour. Effective Jan. 1, 2021: $2 per hour. $1.75 per hour (previously $1.50 per hour) to employee working shift whereby major portion is between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Effective Jan. 1, 2020: $2 per hour. Effective Jan. 1, 2021: $2.25 per hour. $1.75 per hour (previously $1.50 per hour) to employee who works on weekend (48-hour period beginning at 6 a.m. on Saturday and ending at 6 a.m. on Monday). Effective Jan. 1, 2020: $2 per hour. Effective Jan. 1, 2021: $2.25 per hour. 
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 4 years, 5 weeks after 11 years, 6 weeks after 21 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 7.5 or 8 hours per day or on scheduled day of rest. Double time after 2 hours of overtime. May be banked as time off in lieu, maximum 40 hours accumulation at any one time. Unused time will be paid out on past pay period in December.
Meal allowance: Employee will be provided with access to meal during second shift after working double shift. 
Medical benefits: Employer will provide $300 per year for flexible spending account.
Dental: Employer pays 60% of premiums, employee pays 40% of premiums. 80% for basic services. 50% for orthodontic services. Maximum $1,500 per person per year for extensive dental services, orthodontic services.
Sick leave: 1.5 days per month, maximum 75 days. 
AD&D: Coverage of 2 times annual salary. 
Life insurance: Coverage of 2 times annual salary. 
Pension: Employer will match employee contribution to group RRSP, maximum 5%.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, common-law spouse, fiancé, legal guardian, child, parent, spouse’s parent, stepparent, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandfather, grandmother, grandchild. 2 additional days for travel in excess of 300 kilometres one way. 1 day for death of relative not listed. 3 hours for loss of close friend. 
Seniority – recall rights: 6 months. 
Call-in pay: Overtime rate for all hours worked or 3 hours at basic rate, whichever is greater, for maintenance employees.
Probationary period: 488 hours worked, exclusive of overtime, for employees working 7.5-hour work days; 522 hours worked, exclusive of overtime, for employees working 8-hour work days or maximum 3 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Severance: 2 weeks’ pay per year of service, maximum 20 weeks’ pay.
