Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2016, to March 31, 2019. Signed on Nov. 30, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 2016: 2%
Effective April 2017: 2%
Effective April 2018: 2%
Shift premium: 1.25 times for all work on Sunday. $0.75 per hour for conducting classroom instruction for defensive driving. $0.20 per hour for mechanic instructing other mechanics on bench work only. $0.25 per hour for any fleet & facilities instruction for filling vacancies due to sickness. $0.35 per hour for licenced journeyman instructing or supervising apprentice. $0.75 per hour for inspectors, dispatchers, ticket clerks training in own classifications. $0.50 per hour for dispatcher shifts beginning after 8 p.m.
Paid holidays: 10 days, plus 1 floater day. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 4 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 17 years, 6 weeks after 20 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours after 8 hours per day. May be banked, maximum 6 months.
Medical benefits: Employer will pay 100% of premiums.
Dental: Employer will pay 100% of premiums. Orthodontic: $1,600 lifetime maximum, 50/50 co-pay basis. Major restorative: $2,000 maximum per year, 50/50 co-pay basis. 
Vision: $350 every 2 years, $80 per year for optometrist annual check-up.
Paramedical: Chiropractic, physiotherapy, registered massage therapy: $65 for assessment (excluding RMT); $30 for subsequent visits subject to maximum. Effective Jan. 1, 2017: Subsequent visits to chiropractor $40, RMT $45, physiotherapist $50, subject to maximum. Combined limit: $600 per person per year. Psychologist: $85 for assessment, $50 for subsequent visits, annual maximum $650.
Sick leave: 1/2 day per month, maximum 6 days.
STD: 75% of wages, maximum 26 weeks.
Life insurance: Employer will pay  50% of premiums, employee pays 50% for $50,000 coverage.
Pension: Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of current husband or wife, dependant son or daughter, including step-relations. 3 days for death of father, mother, sister, brother, stepfather, stepmother, legally recognized guardian. 2 days for death of mother-in-law, father-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in- law, grandchild. 1 day for death of grandfather, grandmother, brother-in-law, sister-in-law. 1 day to serve as pallbearer for present employee, retired employee or former employee who is receiving long-term disability under benefit plan.
Seniority – recall rights: 3 years to maximum period of seniority, whichever is greater. 
Probationary period: 20 weeks during 6-month period. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months; 36 months for suspensions.
