Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2016, to March 31, 2020. Signed on May 29, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 1, 2016: 2.5% (plus $500 signing bonus)
Effective April 1, 2017: 2%
Effective April 1, 2018: 2%
Effective April 1, 2019: 2.25% 
Shift premium: First hour at time and one-half for technician who commences work on normal weekday at either 4 a.m. or 4:30 a.m. and works 7.5-hour day. 1 hour lieu time for technician who commences work on weekend or on designated paid holiday at either 4 a.m. or 4:30 a.m. $1.75 per hour for working afternoon shift. $50 for each Saturday or Sunday worked.
Paid holidays: 11 days, plus 1 additional company day. 
Vacations with pay: 15 days after 6 months, 16 days after 7 years, 17 days after 8 years, 18 days after 9 years, 20 days after 10 years, 21 days after 13 years, 22 days after 15 years, 23 days after 17 years, 24 days after 19 years, 25 days after 20 years, 26 days after 25 years, 27 days after 26 years, 28 days after 28 years, 29 days after 30 years, 30 days after 32 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 7.5 hours per day or 37.5 hours per week. May be compensated in leave with pay, maximum 10 days per year. Double time after 10 hours of overtime per week. Double time for all work beyond 12 hours on off-site assignments. 
Meal allowance: $14.50 per day after more than 3 hours of overtime. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums for Medical Services Plan of British Columbia and company’s extended health-care plan.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums for basic preventative care with 85% reimbursement; major restorative care, maximum $2,000 per person per year; orthodontia, maximum $2,500 (previously $2,000) per person per year.
Vision: $300 every 2 years. $75 every 24 months (previously $50) for optical examination. Lifetime maximum $2,500 for laser eye surgery. 
Paramedical: $500 per year each for physiotherapy, massage therapy, naturopathy, chiropractor. Maximum $1,200 per year for 100% coverage for licensed psychologists. $200 per person per year (previously $150) for acupuncture (performed by doctor or doctor of Chinese medicine).
Sick leave: Maximum 10 days per year, without medical certificate. Employees will receive 15 days to start, credit of 6 days on each subsequent April 1.
STD: 75% of basic salary, maximum 26 weeks.
LTD: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums for 66 2/3% of basic pre-disability salary.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 2-times annual salary, maximum $100,000.
Pension: Nordion Retirement Plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (father, mother, foster parent, stepparent, brother, stepbrother, sister, stepsister, spouse, child, stepchild, grandparent, grandchild, stepgrandchild, father or mother of employee’s spouse or other relative living with employee.) Additional 3 days to settle estate within 1 year of death. 2 days (3 days if extensive travel required) for death of uncle, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparent, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law or sister-in-law.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours at applicable overtime rate. Per diem of $28 to cover additional out-of-pocket expenses.
Probationary period: 6 months.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.
Severance: 2 weeks’ pay for each of first 3 years or service, 1 week’s pay for each additional year of service, maximum 30 weeks of pay.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide all required uniforms and safety protective items.

V1: $32,850 rising 3 steps to $34,950
V2: $37,630 rising 3 steps to $40,030
V3: $43,390 rising 3 steps to $46,170
V4: $49, 590 rising 3 steps to $52,750
VS: $56,870 rising 3 steps to $60,500
V6: $65,340 rising 3 steps to $69,510
V7: $72,900 rising 3 steps to $77,560
V8: $81,910 rising 3 steps to $87,140
V9: $91.830 rising 3 steps to $97,690
V10: $102,550 rising 3 steps to $109,090
