Renewal agreement: Effective July 1, 2017, to June 30, 2020. Signed on July 1, 2017.
Shift premium: $0.70 per hour for afternoons. $1 per hour for midnights.
Paid holidays: 10 days.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years.
Overtime: Paid for excess hours worked if employee works full scheduled work week.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Vision: $200 every 24 months.
Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 100% of premiums for 1-1-8-17 plan with benefit level of 60% of earnings.
LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums for 60% of monthly earnings, maximum $3,000 per month.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums for maximum $30,000 coverage.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for maximum $30,000 coverage.
Pension: Employer will match employee’s contribution, maximum 2% into group registered retirement savings plan.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (mother, father, brother, sister, current spouse, child, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparents).
Seniority – recall rights: 18 months.
Probationary period: 75 working days.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
