Renewal agreement: Effective Dec. 16, 2012, to Dec. 16, 2017. Signed on Aug. 31, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Aug. 17, 2016: 1%
Effective June 16, 2017: 1%
Shift premium: $0.60 per hour (previously $0.50 per hour) when at least half of the hours worked, are between 4 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Paid holidays: 11 days. Double time and one-half for work on holiday, triple time and one-half for work on Christmas or Boxing Day. 
Vacations with pay: 10 days to start, 1.25 days per month up to 8 years, 1 2/3 days per month after 8 years, 2.5 days per month after 20 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for hours worked after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Can be taken as time off.
Medical benefits: Blue Cross TD 129 Plan, 75% of premiums paid by employer.
Dental: Blue Cross Dental Plan, 50% of premiums paid by employer. 
Sick leave: 1.25 days per month worked, maximum 240 days.
Bereavement leave: 7 days for death in immediate family (mother, father, spouse, son, daughter, brother, sister or grandchild). 5 days for death in extended family (mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, grandparents, relative living in the employee’s household). 2 days for death in other family (aunt, uncle, niece, nephew). 1 day for death of ex-spouse, spouse’s grandparents. 1 extra day to attend burial. One-half day to attend a funeral as a pallbearer.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Time and one-half, minimum 3 hours.
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 260 days.
Safety shoes: $100 per year. 
Uniforms/clothing: All protective clothing supplied by employer. CSA-approved flotation suit for ferry workers. All uniforms will be supplied by employer.
Tool allowance: $250 for mechanic, mechanic supervisor, automotive electrician, machinist or automotive body repairworker.
