Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022. Signed on Jan. 1, 2021.

Wage adjustments:

Effective April 1, 2019: 2%

Effective April 1, 2020: 2%

Effective April 1, 2021: 2%

Paid holidays: 10 days plus Easter Monday.

Vacations with pay: 1.25 days off for each month of service to start, 15 days after 1 year, 20 days after 5 years, 23 days after 7 years, 25 days after 10 years, 28 days after 15 years, 30 days after 20 years.

Overtime: Time and one-half for first 3 hours of work after 7 hours per day or first 7 hours after 35 hours of work per week. Double time for hours worked after 10 hours per day or 42 hours per week.

Vision: $650 every 2 years; eye exams will be reimbursed, maximum $100 every 2 years.

AD&D: Coverage of 3 times annual salary.

Life insurance: Coverage of 3 times annual salary, maximum $800,000.

Bereavement leave: Special leave may be given for bereavement leave.

Seniority – recall rights: 6 months for staff employees after layoff.

Probationary period: Equivalent of working 12 months full-time for faculty positions, both teaching, non-teaching; 6 months for support staff placed at group 1, 2, 3 on support staff scale; 12 months for support staff placed at group 4 or higher on support staff scale. Any leave from position for greater than 20 days may extend probationary period by equivalent length of leave.

Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months for discipline records.

Severance: 2 weeks to start, 4 weeks after 2 years of service, 6 weeks after 3 years of service, 8 weeks after 4 years of service, 10 weeks after 5 years of service, 12 weeks after 6 years of service, 14 weeks after 7 years of service, 16 weeks after 8 years of service, 18 weeks after 9 years of service, 20 weeks after 10 years of service, 22 weeks after 11 years of service, 24 weeks after 12 years of service, 26 weeks after 13 years of service.
