Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2017, to March 31, 2020. Signed on July 18, 2018.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 1, 2017: 2% (plus $500 signing bonus)
Effective April 1, 2018: 2%
Effective April 1, 2019: 2.25%
Shift premium: $2.50 per hour for night shift. $2 per hour for evening shift (scheduled to finish at 10 p.m. or later). $55 for each Saturday, Sunday worked (further increase to $60 upon implementation of Wednesday to Saturday shift, in accordance with letter of understanding - Saturday radiopharm shift).
Paid holidays: 12 days, plus 2 additional company holidays. 
Vacations with pay: 9.375 hours per month to start, 112.5 hours per month after 6 months, 120 hours per month after 7 years, 127.5 hours per month after 8 years, 135 hours per month after 9 years, 150 hours per month after 10 years, 157.5 hours per month after 13 years, 165 hours per month after 15 years, 172.5 hours per month after 17 years, 180 hours per month after 19 years, 187.5 hours per month after 20 years, 195 hours per month after 25 years, 202.5 hours per month after 26 years, 210 hours per month after 28 years, 217.5 hours per month after 30 years, 225 hours per month after 32 years. 
Overtime: Paid at time and one-half, double time after 10 hours of overtime per week. 
Meal allowance: $14.50 (previously $14) after 3 hours of overtime.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums for Sun Life extended health care plans.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums for 85% reimbursement of basic preventative care; 50% reimbursement of major restorative care which includes prosthodontic services; removal, prosthodontic services – fixed; restorative services, which include porcelain crowns, implants and associated surgery or equivalent, maximum $2,000 per insured individual per year. 50% reimbursement of orthodontia lifetime maximum of $2,500 per insured person.
Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums for $300 per insured individual every 24 months. Reimbursement for laser eye surgery, lifetime maximum of $2,500 per insured person. Reimbursement of 100% of eye examination, maximum $75 per insured person once every 24 months.
Paramedical: Reimbursement of 100%, maximum $500 per insured person per year for licensed massage therapists, licensed physiotherapists, licensed chiropractors, naturopathy, chiropody. Reimbursement of 100% for licensed speech therapists, maximum $800 per person per year. Reimbursement of 100% for licensed psychologist, maximum $1,200 per person per year.
Sick leave: 112.5 hours to start, 45 hours on each subsequent April 1. 
LTD: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Sun Life plan.
Pension: All employees will participate in retirement income/pension plan set up by employer. 
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (father, mother, stepfather, stepmother, foster-parent, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, spouse, common-law partner spouse resident with employee, child, child of common-law partner, stepchild, foster-child, ward of employee, grandchild, father-in-law, mother-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, employee’s grandparents, relative residing in employee’s household). 2 days for death of aunt, uncle, brother-in-law, sister-in-law. 1 additional day where extensive travel is required.
Seniority – recall rights: Amount of seniority or 2 years, whichever is less.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Severance: For first layoff: 2 weeks’ pay for each year of first 3 years of service; 1 week’s pay for each additional completed year of continuous service, maximum 30 weeks’ pay. For second and subsequent layoffs: 2 weeks' pay for each of first 3 years of and 1 week’s pay for each subsequent year of service (less any severance compensation, retiring leave, cash gratuity previously granted), maximum 30 weeks’ pay.
