Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2018, to Dec. 31, 2020. Signed on Jan. 1, 2018.
Shift premium: $0.50 per hour for steward. $1 per hour for lead-hand. 
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 4% to start, 6% after 5 years. Employer will consider vacations at times requested considering business requirements. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week.
Medical benefits: CLAC Health and Welfare Trust Fund.
Dental: 100% reimbursement, maximum $2,000 per person per year for basic services. 50% reimbursement, maximum $2,000 per person per year for major services. 50% reimbursement, maximum $3,000 lifetime maximum per child younger than 19 for orthodontic.
Vision: $300 per year for dependants younger than 21; $300 every 2 years for employees, dependants older than 21.
STD: 60% weekly basic earnings, maximum $600 per week, maximum 119 days.
LTD: 60% weekly basic earnings, maximum $2,600 per month, payable after 119 days.
AD&D: Coverage of $ 100,000.
Life insurance: Coverage of $100,000.
Pension: Employer will contribute to union-sponsored group RSP.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, common-law spouse, children. 3 days for death of mother, father, brother, sister, grandmother, grandfather, mother-in-law, father-in-law. Leave without pay for any other family member may be given.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Probationary period: 3 months. 
Uniforms/clothing: All employees will wear safety hats, safety glasses which will be supplied by employer. Quality (rubber) ear plugs will be provided by employer. Gloves may be supplied by employer if determined in pre-job agreement. Employer will furnish coveralls for mechanics, welders, servicemen, maximum 3 pair per year.
Tool allowance: $1 per hour for mechanics, apprentices who supply own tools.
