Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2017, to March 31, 2020. Ratified on Feb. 24, 2017. Signed on Feb. 22, 2017.
Shift premium: $0.90 per hour (previously $0.88 per hour) for all hours worked on 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. shift (Effective April 1, 2018: $0.92 per hour. Effective April 1, 2019: $0.95 per hour); $1.85 per hour (previously $1.80 per hour) all hours worked on 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. shift (Effective April 1, 2018: $1.90 per hour. Effective April 1, 2019: $1.95 per hour); $3.28 per hour (previously $3.19 per hour) for all hours worked on 11:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. night shift (Effective April 1, 2018: $3.37 per hour; Effective April 1, 2019: $3.46 per hour).
Paid holidays: 11 days, plus first Friday in March. 
Vacations with pay: 10 hours per month, maximum 15 days to start, 15 days after 2 years, 20 days after 6 years, 25 days after 16 years, 30 days after 24 years. Personal days: 4 per year. 
Overtime: Double time for all hours worked in excess of regular daily hours. Triple time for all hours worked on paid holidays (after 7.5 hours for non-shift workers, 8 hours for shift workers). Maintenance employees may bank overtime, maximum of 5 shifts (37.5 hours) per year.
Meal allowance: Employer will provide meal after 10 hours of work and on each subsequent 4 hours of work. 
Medical benefits: Employer will participate in company flex benefit plan which includes life insurance, accidental death, long term disability, extended health, dental and vision care.
Pension: Employee may participate in company pension plan after 3 months of employment.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (parents, stepparents, brothers, sisters, employee’s spouse or common-law spouse, children, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandchildren). 3 days for death of grandparent, spouse’s grandparents, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, aunt, uncle.
Seniority – recall rights: 90 days. 
Probationary period: 180 consecutive days. 
Severance: 3 weeks’ pay or 112.5 hours at employee’s regular rate of pay, plus 3 weeks’ pay or 112.5 hours at employee’s regular rate of pay for each completed year of service, maximum 52 weeks.
Safety shoes: $225 for first pair of CSA-approved safety footwear and 65% of total cost, maximum of $146.25 for second pair of boots per year. Third pair will be reimbursed at 65%, maximum of $146.25.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply and launder 3 pairs of coveralls for each employee.
