Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 1, 2016, to June 30, 2019. Ratified on Sept. 3, 2016. Signed on Nov. 7, 2016. (First agreement)
Wage adjustments: 
Effective July 1, 2017: 1.75% 
Effective July 1, 2018: 2%.
Shift premium: Night shift: Time and one-half for all hours worked between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Holiday pay: Double time for all hours worked on a holiday.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 6% pay.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay.
Safety shoes: Employer will provide CSA-approved steel-toed boots.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide CSA-approved hardhats, work gloves, high-visibility apparel, and for employees working at height, personal harnesses and lanyards.

Editor’s notes: Minimum crew: Minimum crew required for any of the company’s events shall be 2 union personnel. For events requiring rigging personnel, the minimum personnel shall include 2 high riggers and 1 ground rigger to ensure proper safety compliance. Insurance coverage: The union must maintain general liability insurance with coverage of at least $5 million.
