Renewal agreement: Effective Nov. 15, 2016, to Nov. 14, 2019. Signed on Dec. 1, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Nov. 15, 2017: 2%
Effective Nov. 15, 2018: 2%
Shift premium: 8% times employees’ regular hourly rate for afternoon or evening shifts. 
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1 day per month of service, maximum 10 days or 4% to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 18 years. 50% of unused vacation time may be carried over per year, maximum 10 days. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 42 1/2 hours per week. Time and one-half for all work on Saturday, double time for all work on Sunday.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 90% coverage for drugs. 
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Pension: Employer will contribute $55 per month in first year, $55 per month in second year and $55 per month in third year of agreement towards employee-administered group RRSP for employees who contribute pre-tax equivalent or greater amount.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of spouse (spouse is defined to include common-law spouse, which includes opposite, same-sex spouse), child, father, mother, brother, sister, grandparents, spouse’s child, grandchildren. 1 day for death of brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparents of spouse, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months, or time equivalent to employee’s seniority prior to layoff, whichever is less, but minimum 6 months.
Call-in pay: Minimum of 4 hours of work at normal rate.
Probationary period: 60 days worked within 12 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Safety shoes: $145 per year for footwear that must have green-patch label and steel toe.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide shipper/receiver, maintenance assistant, driver, with winter coat. Employer will make 5 winter coats available for employees who work in shipping area. Employer will provide sprayers, maintenance, press employees, metal-shop workers with coveralls or aprons at their choice. Employer will be responsible for cleaning of coveralls, aprons, coats.
