Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 1, 2017, to Aug. 31, 2020. Ratified on Dec. 14, 2017. Signed on Jan. 22, 2018.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective 2018 to 2019: 1% 
Effective 2019 to 2020: 1%
Shift premium: Responsibility allowance: $1 per day for 46-passenger bus; $1.50 per day for 52-passenger bus; $2 per day for greater than 52-passenger-bus.
Paid holidays: 10 days. 
Vacations with pay: 4% to start, 6% after 4 years, 8% after 10 years. 
Sick leave: 1 day per month, for 10 months of year, maximum accumulation of 40 days for employees hired before Nov. 1, 2006. 1 day per month, for 10 months of year, maximum accumulation of 20 days for employees hired after Oct. 31, 2006.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, son, daughter, father, mother, sister, brother, grandparent, father-in-law, mother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandchild, grandparent of spouse).
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Sample rates of daily pay (current):
For drivers hired before Nov. 2, 2006
Bus driver: $62 plus $0.41 for each kilometre that exceed 80 kilometres per day
For drivers hired after Oct. 31, 2006
Bus driver: $62 plus $0.41 for each kilometre that exceed 100 kilometres per day
Editor’s notes: Experience allowance: $156.10 per year after 3 years of employment; $300.17 per year after 6 years of employment; $450.27 per year after 10 years of employment; $504.30 per year after 15 years of employment; $600.36 per year after 20 years of employment. Plug-in allowance: $477.49 per year (previously $472.76 per year) when temperature falls below 5 degree Celsius for diesel-powered buses. Bus-cleaning allowance: $151.50 per year (previously $150 per year). Training: $18.39 per hour for all time on employer-approved training such as first aid or S endorsement. Effective 2018/2019: $18.58 per hour. Effective 2019/2020: $18.76 per hour.
