Renewal agreement: Effective March 13, 2017, to March 12, 2020. Ratified on April 29, 2017. Signed on April 28, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective March 13, 2017: $0.60 per hour
Effective March 13, 2018: $0.60 per hour
Effective March 13, 2019: $0.65 per hour
Shift premium: $1 per hour over highest-rated supervised when employer designates lead hand. $50 per month for employees who work on rotating 2-shift acetylene schedule on regular basis may choose to receive premium in lieu of shift premium. $1.15 per hour for employees required to work after 6 p.m. and before 6 a.m. $120 per week (previously $100 per week) allowance for junior cylinder truck/delivery drivers on-call on rotational basis. 
Paid holidays: 11 days.  
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day, double time for all work after 12 hours per day for 8-hour shifts. Time and one-half for all work after 10 hours per day, double time for all work after 12 hours per day for 10-hour shifts. Double time for work on scheduled day off or second day of rest. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Alberta healthcare.
STD: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
AD&D: Coverage of 2-times flex salary.
Life insurance: Coverage of 2-times flex salary.
Pension: Employees shall participate in company pension plan as outlined on Airwaves (intranet).
Bereavement leave: Granted as per company policy. Additional 3 days if requested. 
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours of pay at appropriate overtime rate. 
Probationary period: 90 days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.
Safety shoes: Employer will supply approved safety footwear to each employee from selected list from employer’s approved local supplier.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide: suitable hard hats, suitable gloves, leather or rubber aprons, rubber boots, suitable winter clothing for employees required to work outside, rainwear protection for truck drivers and cylinder handlers. Every 2 years, drivers will receive: 5 shirts, 3 pairs of pants, 1 winter jacket, 1 summer jacket, 1 set of insulated winter pants. Employer will provide coveralls or shop coats.

Propane filler: $22.02 rising 1 step to $23.27
Cylinder handler: $27.02 rising 1 step to $28.27 
Cylinder processor $31.73 rising 1 step to $32.98
Dispatch/tractor trailer: $31.73 rising 1 step to $32.98
Cylinder truck/delivery (class 3): $31.73 rising 1 step to $32.98
Spec gases lab
Analyst gas: $33.09 rising 1 step to $34.34
Administration
Admin support: $24.37 rising 1 step to $25.62
Process support: $26.13 rising 1 step to $27.38
Editor’s notes: Ear protection: Employer will provide custom-fit earplugs for employees who request hearing protection. Employer will offer custom earplug fitting twice per year. Will be replaced every 3 years. Longevity premium: $550 lump-sum payment in December of each anniversary year of service, after 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years, 25 years, 30 years, 35 years, 40 years. Expenses: Employees required to stay away from home overnight on employer-business will be reimbursed for all reasonable expenses incurred (fares, meals, lodgings).
