There are a couple of interesting changes to note in this week’s collective agreements. A “responsibility premium” of 4.75 per cent by the end of the agreement to which all Quebec City police officers are eligible has been added to wage increases. Lakeside Steel is offering temporary work to retired employees to cover vacations, training and other absences of one week or more.
