Shift premium: $1.50 per hour for night shift.
Paid holidays: 11 days.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 9 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 21 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for the first 4 hours. Double time any hours after that.
Medical benefits: Teamsters’ National Benefit Plan, with employer paying 100% of the contribution rate.
Weekly indemnity: 60%.
Sick leave: 1 half-day per month to a maximum of 12 days. 
Pension: Teamsters’ National Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 3 days with pay for death of employee's spouse, parents or stepparents, child or stepchild, siblings, mother- or father-in-law, grandparents or spouse’s grandparents, with 2 extra days if deceased is spouse or child. 1 day with pay for funeral if outside the 3-5 days.  
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year if less than 5 years’ service, 18 months if more than 5. 
Call-in pay: 4 hours minimum, 6 hours’ pay if exceeds 4 hours’ work, 8 hours’ pay if exceeds 6 hours’ work. 
Probationary period: 1 month.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 1 year. 18 months for safety violations.
Safety shoes: $100 per year, with option to combine 2 years for higher quality boot.
Uniforms/clothing: Uniform covered by company. Coveralls and freight handling gloves for warehouse employees.

Tractor: $23.39
Straight truck: $23.29
Dock: $23.29
Editor’s notes: Medical exams: 2 hours' pay if employee gets exam outside regular working hours. General leave: Up to 2 months with no loss of seniority. Certificates: Company will pay for all certificates required by company or law.
