Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2016, to June 30, 2019. Ratified on May 23, 2017. Signed on Aug. 30, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 1, 2017: 1.85%
Effective April 1, 2018: 2%
Shift premium: $2.75 per hour for all hours worked between 4 p.m. and midnight. $2.25 per hour for weekend shift. 
Paid holidays: 11 days, plus additional floater day. 
Vacations with pay: 15 days to start, 20 days after 2 years, 25 days after 10 years, 30 days after 20 years. 5 additional days after 25 years. 5 additional days after 30 years. 5 additional days after 35 years. 
Overtime: Double time for all work after 8 hours per day or on scheduled day of rest. 
Medical benefits: $750 per year for professional development and health-care account.
Pension: Employer pays 3%, employee pays 3% into Rexall Pharmacy Group Pension Plan for Eligible Hourly Employees.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (spouse, parent, child, brother, sister, fiancé, grandparent, grandchild, stepparent, stepchildren, stepbrother, stepsister). 3 days for death in extended family (mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, legal guardian). 2 additional days for travel in excess of 320 kilometres one-way. Time off with pay to attend funeral of another relative or friend. 
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Pay for all hours worked during on-call period or for 3 hours, whichever is longer, at overtime rate of 2-times basic rate of pay. $0.38 per kilometre from employee’s residence and return.
Probationary period: 1,040 hours. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Severance: 2 weeks’ pay per year of service, maximum 40 weeks’ pay.
