Renewal agreement: Effective July 1, 2015, to June 30, 2018. Signed on April 11, 2016. 
Wage adjustments: 
Effective July 1, 2015: 1.5%
Effective July 1, 2016: 1.75%
Effective July 1, 2017: 1.75%
Paid holidays: 13 days. 
Vacations with pay: Maximum 15 days or 1.25 days per month to start, 15 days or 1.25 days per month after 1 year, 20 days or 1.6 days per month after 10 years, 25 days or 2.08 days per month after 20 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half after 7 hours. Double time for work on off day, minimum 2 hours. May be converted to lieu time, maximum 1 week. 
Meal allowance: $10 if required to work 3 hours overtime.
Sick leave: 1.25 days each month an employee has 15 days worked. 
Pension: 6% contribution by employee, 8% employer. 
Bereavement leave: 5 days for immediate family (father, mother, legal guardian, brother, sister, spouse, child or child of spouse). 3 days for mother or father of spouse. 2 days for grandparent, grandchild, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, daughter-in-law or son-in-law. 1 day for aunt, uncle, nephew or niece. 2 days for travel.
Seniority – recall rights: 18 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours. 
Probationary period: 6 months.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Severance: 1 week for up to 10 years’ service, 1.5 weeks for more than 10 years’ service (maximum 31 weeks).

Tuition waiver: 100% reduction for job-related courses. 60% reduction for courses taken at Saint Mary’s. 50% reduction for courses taken at Saint Mary’s by employee’s spouse and dependant children.
